Sr. Customer Service Representative/ Logistics Specialist

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with business or supply chain background

•1~2 years working experience

•ERP - SAP experiences are preferred

•Take full ownership of customer issues & show a strong commitment to going above & beyond

•Manages logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of shipments

•Positive Attitude. Dependable. Takes initiative. 

•Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).

•Bilingual (Mandarin & English) is preferable.
