Key Accountabilities:

●Respond to customer calls and process customer requests.

●Manage order process for import business and local sales.

●Follow up shipments and logistics operation. 

●Maintain accurate sales record and inventory. 

Requirements:

●Associate degree, 1-2 years' related experience.

●Attention to detail, good communication skills.

●Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
