Support Technologist

 Review technical documents and attend meetings with the technical and engineering teams to analyze and monitor the problems associated with the engineering products; identify and resolve malfunctions of electronic instruments, working with field engineers or technicians; repair, replace, adjust, and modify engineering products for subsequent evaluation and use by engineers; 

collect clients' feedbacks on instruments and engineering tools and provide technical updates; analyze technical support services provided to customers; prepare reports to update and improve specialized or standard test procedures to diagnose or analyze the performance of electronic components of the engineering products manufactured by the company. 

At least 2 year experience in the job offered or as a technical support technician/engineer.
