BTIC America Corporation is looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant and a full-time Sales Assistant.


Accounting Assistant

Key Accountabilities:

  • Record transactions.
  • Generate invoices and review payments.
  • Assist Accountants.
  • Assist in auditing process, prepare documents for audit as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, 1-2 years’ related experience.
  • Language skill: bilingual (Chinese/English).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks.

 

Sales Assistant

Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and process customer requests.
  • Manage order process for import business and local sales.
  • Assist Sales Manager and follow up shipments.
  • Maintain accurate sales record and manage inventory.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, 2 years’ related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Attention to detail and customer oriented.
