BTIC America Corporation is looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant and a full-time Sales Assistant.
Accounting Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
- Record transactions.
- Generate invoices and review payments.
- Assist Accountants.
- Assist in auditing process, prepare documents for audit as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate degree, 1-2 years’ related experience.
- Language skill: bilingual (Chinese/English).
- Attention to detail.
- Familiar with QuickBooks.
Sales Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to customer calls and process customer requests.
- Manage order process for import business and local sales.
- Assist Sales Manager and follow up shipments.
- Maintain accurate sales record and manage inventory.
Requirements:
- Associate degree, 2 years’ related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Attention to detail and customer oriented.
