Process Optimization 製程優化

•Analyze production workflows and identify improvement opportunities

•Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and control plans

•Improve yield, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle time

•Conduct root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why)

New Product Introduction (NPI) 新產品導入

•Support DFM reviews and PFMEA

•Develop pilot build process flow

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams 

   (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain)

Required Qualifications 任職資格

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field

•2-5+ years manufacturing experience preferred

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process mapping

Preferred Skills 加分條件

•Bilingual English / Chinese is a plus

•Experience in electrical product system assembly.
