德州經濟強勁發展

美國德州總生產值超過二點三萬億，位居全球第八大經濟體 ，五百強大公司中徳州就有五十三家。

根據富國銀行經濟學家之報告 ，德州在就業數據及經濟增長仍然在各州中名列前茅，自二0 二二年七月至二O二三年七年，全州人口增加了百分之一點六 ，共有四十七萬三千人遷入。

美國經濟第三季成長率是百分之四點九， 而德州高達百分之七點七， 使它成為耀眼的經濟明星。

專家們估計， 當利息在未來半年後開始下降之後 ，德州地區之住宅及商業地產將會回溫。

究其原因， 德州因地大物博， 天然資源豐富， 尤其是頁岩油之發現成為盛產石油之大州， 加上太空醫療及高科技之產能， 使德州之經濟基礎非常紥實。

由于地廣人稀， 德州土地價格底廉， 在房地產價位未及加州之三分之一。

現任艾伯特州長施政有方， 稅收盈餘加惠州民， 今年每戶房地產稅減免至少三分之一， 真是天大的福音。

我們應該非常慶幸生活在德州這塊土地上， 並希望州內經濟繼續保持穩定增長，造福社會及國家。

Economic Growth and Development In Texas Remains Strong

The Texas economy, with a GDP product value of more than $2.3 trillion dollars, ranks as the eighth largest economy in the world. This fact is made possible in large part because there are 53 Fortune 500 companies located in Texas. 

According to a report by a Wells Fargo economist, Texas’s employment rate and economic growth are still among the best in the nation. From July 2022 to July 2023 the state’s population increased by 1.6% with a total of 473,000 people having move here during this time.

The growth  rate of the nation in the first quarter was 4.9%, while the rate in Texas was as high as 7.7%, making the state an economic superstar.

Experts say that the housing market will recover when the interest rate goes down over the next six months. 

The reasons for our economic strength has been because of our natural resources such as oil and gas as well as many other industries, including the medical and high-tech industries along with NASA. 

Due to our large amount land, our real estate consists of less than one- third that of California. Because it is well-managed by the state government, this year all the homeowners have enjoyed a reduction on our taxes. 

We should feel very fortunate to live in Texas. We hope the economy will continue to grow for our state to the benefit of the entire nation.
