Hiring- Administrative Coordinator

1.  Daily Maintenance: Manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and space

    planning of offices and meeting rooms.

2. Office Supplies: Manage and procure daily consumables, including

     stationery, paper, pantry supplies, and other office necessities.

3. Mail and Courier Services: Manage the receipt, distribution, sorting, and

    handling of company mail, packages, and courier services. Manage company

    vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, repair arrangements, and

    fuel expense management. Assist with employee business travel arrangements,

    including hotel and transportation bookings, as well as office catering/

    meal services and employee housing management.

4. Meeting Support: Assist with meeting room setup, & preparation of refreshments.

5. Safety Management: Manage office building access control, security

    systems, and inspection/maintenance of fire safety equipment. Handle

    unexpected situations and emergency arrangements

   Language:  Fluent in English.     

   Job Location: Katy, TX 77493
