休斯敦第一机构年终集会

市政府所属之休斯敦第一机构週二晚上在市中心希尔顿大酒店顶楼俱乐部举办年终餐会,邀请现任理事及前任理事和各级主管共聚一堂,酬谢他们对该机构多年之贡献。

现任总裁赫格曼首先在致词中感谢各界及同仁们之支持，从二0二0年艰难之日子中走过来,一直到今天我们将在未来之日子中兴建更大之会议中心来改变休斯敦市之新面貌。

理事会理事长西曼感谢前后任理事们无私之奉献，為市府建设作出极大贡献，他认為未来将是改变市区风貌重要之一年，我们在市长之领导下必可达成任务。

為了加强第一机构和国际社区之合作,国际贸易中心将从明年元月十五日开始,邀请赫格曼总裁及西曼理事长参加首次午餐会,希望各行各业代表到时有机会面对面向他们交流如何加入建设市府项目之行列,这也是他们首次走入国际社区向各行业人士寻求合作之机会,也是新任市长施政之一大目标。

Houstonfirst's Year-End Holiday Party 

Houstonfirst held their holiday party Tuesday night at the Hilton Hotel, inviting current and past directors and executives who  

were thanked for their many contributions to 

the city over the years.

In his welcoming speech, President Michael Heckman first thanked all the directors and colleagues for their support. 

Heckman said, "That from the difficult days of 2020 until today, we have overcome the big challenges. We are going to build the Convention District starting next year which will change the face of the city."

Jay Zeldman Chairmanof the Board thanked all the board members for their selfless contributions to Houstonfirst and said 

he believed that, "Together, we will change the future of the city."

In order to strengthen  cooperation between  Houstonfirst and the local international community, we have already invited the Houstonfirst executives to come and meet with us on January 15th of next year. We will also invite many local business leaders to be part of the meeting to discuss how to work with the city‘s ongoing projects.

We are very encouraged that the new Mayor of Houston is willing to recognize and help the many local businesses 

to become partners with the city.
