人工智慧帶給我們的，既是希望，也是一場必須認真面對的考驗。當機器能夠寫文章、製作影像、協助分析問題，我們更應思考：下一代需要學習什麼？企業如何轉型？人與人之間的信任，又該如何維繫？

身為新聞工作者，我深深感受到，工具可以加快資訊傳播，卻不能代替我們對真相的責任。一篇報導的價值，在於查證是否嚴謹、觀點是否公正，以及是否聽見了社會中微弱的聲音。再先進的科技，也需要人的判斷與良知。

對企業而言，迎接AI不能只想到節省人力，更應重視員工培訓，讓多年累積的經驗與新工具相互結合。對教育而言，我們需要培養孩子提問、思考和辨別真偽的能力，讓他們有勇氣面對尚未出現的工作與挑戰。

我們也不能遺忘長者、新移民及缺乏數位資源的家庭。科技進步的成果，應讓更多人分享。社區需要更多學習的機會，讓不同年齡、不同語言的人，都能找到走向未來的入口。

面對AI，我們可以抱持希望，但不能放棄思考；可以勇於嘗試，更要懂得負責。未來要成為什麼模樣，取決於我們今天如何教育下一代、照顧彼此，以及運用手中的力量。

願我們在追求科技進步的路上，始終保有人性的溫度，讓智慧成為服務社會、連結世界的力量。

AI Challenges Our Future

Artificial intelligence brings both hope and challenges we must take seriously. As machines write articles, create images, and help analyze problems, we must ask: What should the next generation learn? How should businesses adapt? And how can we preserve trust in one another?

As a newspaper publisher, I feel deeply that technology can accelerate the flow of information, but it cannot replace our responsibility to the truth. The value of journalism rests on careful verification, fair judgment, and a willingness to hear voices too often overlooked. Even the most advanced technology needs human judgment and conscience.

For businesses, embracing AI should involve more than reducing labor costs. We must invest in training, helping employees combine years of experience with new tools. In education, we must teach young people to ask questions, think independently, and distinguish fact from falsehood—preparing them for jobs and challenges we cannot yet imagine.

We must also remember seniors, new immigrants, and families with limited access to digital resources. The benefits of technological progress should reach everyone. Our communities need more opportunities to learn, so people of every age and language can find a pathway into the future.

We can approach AI with hope while continuing to think critically. We can experiment boldly while taking responsibility for the results. The future will be shaped by how we educate our children, care for one another, and use the power now in our hands.
