俄羅斯向烏克蘭發動全面進攻

今天凌晨俄羅斯正式向烏克蘭發動攻擊軍事行動，烏克蘭目前已經遭遇到導彈和地面歩隊之攻擊，普京總統宣佈在頓巴斯地區展開軍事行動，俄羅斯的坦克已経開進第二大城哈爾基夫，烏國總統澤倫斯基在電視中宣佈和俄羅斯斷交，並將提供武器給想捍衛國家的任何人，並稱他和拜登總統通了電話，美國將全面動員所有盟國來支持烏克蘭，但是拜登重申不會派地面部隊到烏克蘭作戰。

聯合國安理會正在召開緊急會議，包括歐盟及北約軍事組織都提出譴責俄羅斯之入侵行動，並將對普京提出最嚴厲之制裁行動。

烏克蘭之变局，首先是對全球経濟之重大影響，石油價格已經上漲，全球供應鍊將會造成更多物價之繼續上漲，而造成更嚴重的通貨膨脹。

普京對烏克蘭之軍事行動再次說明了歐盟和北約組織之無奈，所謂経濟制裁對俄羅斯而言早在他們預料之中。

烏克蘭之變局，勢必影響中美兩國之關係，拜登總統絕不願看到中國大陸站到俄羅斯一邊，美國勢必會兩面受敵，日前布林肯國務卿和王毅外長之通話，正在傳達新的情勢發展，更會牽動中美台在海峽兩岸未來情勢之發展。

拜登總統目前所能做到的就是把俄羅斯之経濟「窒息」，但是這㘯從二次大戰以來最大的軍事变局，將會改變未來世界權力之重組，是可預見的事实。

普丁之行動正在挑戰世界的新秩序，我們絕不願看到美俄大戰而使地球毀滅，政客們的私利魯莽，也非決不可能。

Russia Launches An Attack On Ukraine

In the early morning of Thursday, February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the sending in of troops and the firing of missiles, effectively launching a military invasion into Ukraine.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on TV that he will provide weapons to anyone who wants to defend the country. He said that President Biden told him that the United States will fully mobilize all allies to support Ukraine, but that Biden said the U.S. will not send in ground troops to fight with Russia.

The United Nations is calling an emergency meeting with all members of the European Union and NATO to condemn the Russian invasion and will jointly impose the most severe sanctions against Putin.

The Ukraine crisis will directly impact our economy, including higher oil prices and severely affect the global supply chain.

Putin’s military action again illustrates the helplessness of the Ukraine people. Putin’s goal is to take over the country and change their system.

All the allies and the U.S. can do now is to “suffocate” the Russian economy, but how to affect them going forward, we still need to wait and see.

U.S. Secretary of State Blinken and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi had a phone call yesterday and discussed the new situation in Ukraine. The United States also worries about what is going on between China and the Taiwan Strait.

We want to call on the leaders of the world to “cool down” to Putin’s action that is now challenging the order of the world. We never want to see a war between the United States and Russia.
