烏克蘭核能廠告急

俄羅斯歩隊入侵烏克蘭南方聶伯河南岸的扎波羅切核電廠 ,並向该區發射火炮， 儘管核电設備未受立即損损但行政大楼被襲擊後起火, 目前火勢已被控制。

這座核電廠是在一九八〇年代蘇聯時期興建， 至今仍然供應烏克蘭全國百分之二十五用電量， 俄軍企圖切斷電源藉此擴大消耗烏國之防守和民生資源。

烏克蘭外長庫列巴發出緊急通告 ，俄軍已經佔領了核電廠， 如果核电廠爆炸 ，可能造成比車諾比核洩漏十倍以上之嚴重後果， 將會危及整個歐洲大陸。

我們認為 ，烏克蘭事件將會對今後世界發生重大之改變 ，首先在經濟領域 ，由於美國和歐洲國家對俄羅斯之嚴厲制裁， 俄羅斯必然會遭到空前之困境 ，尤其是一般國民之生活必然會非常困難， 如果民不聊生國內政治動盪， 將會有更多烏克蘭事件之發生， 試問歐洲各國準備好了嗎？

俄羅斯目前是世界第二軍事強國 他對世界事務之影響絕非是制裁孤立可以面對， 况且世界上還有許多國家還是站在他這一邊。

札波羅結核電廠被攻擊 ，是全球的重大威脅和隱憂， 不可不慎。

Nuclear Power Plant In Danger

Russian forces have occupied Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear  power plant following a fire at the facility. Early Friday, officials said the radiation levels appear normal. 

President Zelensky accused Russian forces of intentionally firing at the plant and urged world leaders to stop Russia before this becomes a nuclear disaster. 

The plant was built during the time of the Soviet Union in the 1980s and still supplies 25% of Ukraine’s electricity. The Russians have tried to cut off the power supply to interrupt the consumption of power by Ukraine’s defense forces and end the people’s livelihoods and resources. 

We believe the whole incident in Ukraine will have a major change on the future of the world. First of all, in the economic field, the severe sanctions imposed on Russia by the European Union and the United States will cause Russia to suffer unprecedented difficulties, especially for the Russian people and cause more political turmoil in the future. Is the world ready for another Ukraine?

Russia is currently the second largest military power in the world. Russia’s impact on world affairs is by no means isolated by sanctions. Moreover, many countries in the world are still on its side. 

The attacks on nuclear power plants is a major threat and concern for the world.
