油價漸跌 全民呼喚

隨著美國油價逐漸下跌， 美國國內正掀起一致之抵制熱潮， 呼籲駕車者減少開車， 能把消耗量減少能把油價繼續下降。

由于許多人之響應 ，目前油價價已經從五元降至每加崙四元八分。

油價上漲之主要原因是由于夏天來到需求量大增，加上俄鳥戰事帶來供應減少所致。

為了輸困價格， 拜登總统已命令每天釋放一百萬加崙之戰時儲存石油， 同時呼籲國會終止徵收石油稅， 但是到目前為止尚未得到國會之同意， 否則每加崙可以為大家省上二十分之多。

根據AAA協會表示 ，目前全國油價最高在加州 ，每加崙六點二四美元， 其次是夏威夷五點六二美元 ，內華達州是五點五一美元。

老實說， 油價之高漲實在是所有物價上升之罪魁禍首， 它帶動了交通、 人工及所有之價格上漲，值此人人有賴汽車代步之時代 ，增加了所有人之負擔。

我們看見中央銀行正以提高利率來抑制通貨膨脹， 但是確增加了経濟衰退之危險 ，兩者拿揑不當 ，後果不堪設想。

疫情戰爭帶來之沖擊是首要原因， 我們真不願看到世界局勢之動亂不安， 民生困苦到處可見， 看來世界和平及繁榮真是奢求之事了。

Gas Prices Slide Across The Nation

Some users on social media have called for a national boycott over the rising gas prices. As oil prices are gradually falling, protestors called on all the people to boycott and hopefully bring down the price of gas even more. Since a video was posted online, the price of gasoline has steadily come down. This week the price has come down to $4.80 per gallon from $5.01.

According to the AAA, on Tuesday, California has the most expensive oil price nationally at $6.24, followed by Hawaii at $5.62 and Nevada at $5.51.

The surging prices have been largely attributed to limited production in the U.S. and at foreign refineries this summer as well as being impacted by the war in Ukraine.

President Biden has taken steps to order the release of an extra one million barrels of oil per day from the national strategic petroleum reserve. He also called on Congress to suspend the gas tax which would save drivers almost 20 cents per gallon, but Congress has not yet moved to suspend the gas tax.

To be honest, the rise in oil prices is really just the administration’s excuse because price increases are across the board and everything has been driven up.

We have seen that the Federal Reserve Bank is raising the interest rate to curb inflation, but it does not increase the risk of an economic recession.

The impact of Covid -19 and the war in Ukraine are the primary reasons for price increases and economic instability. We really don’t want to see turmoil in the world, but it seems that world peace and prosperity are really only luxuries that for now are out of reach.
