感恩有您 歴史聚會

週日晚間百餘位賓客老友及校友共聚在我們家， 其中包括政治大學李校長 、州立拉馬大學泰勒校長 ，多年共同奮鬥的國際貿易中心、 國際區 、環球第一銀行伙伴， 以及遠到而來的各地校友們 。

好友國會議員格林、 州參議員惠邁特在晚宴上分別向李校長及各地校友會會長頒贈表揚狀 ，並發表了祝賀北美區政大校友聯合會在休斯敦成立。

政治大學及拉馬在我們人生中烙下最重要的印記， 當年在指南山下之青春歲月確實激起我在未來之鬥志， 多年後在盛產石油的貝蒙市再次走進拉馬大學的大校園， 是我們認識接觸這片土地的開端。，

歲月蹉跎， 我們經歷了無數之苦戰， 我們能在此建造了生命的新篇章。

我在歡欢迎宴會上說 ，今天我們非常榮幸和大家共聚一堂 ，您們都是我們數十年來最親近的親人， 每一位都曾經在我們奮鬥之過程中幫助及愛護的人， 今天我能走上台來已經奮鬥了數十年之久，心存感激， 因為我們都是一家人 。

Thank You For Having A History Party

On Sunday night more than one hundred guests and old friends and alumni gathered at my house, including President Li of the National Chengchi University and President Taylor of Lamar University and representatives of the International Trade Center, the International District, Global One Bank Partners and alumni from all over the nation. 

Our friend, Congressman Al Green and State Senator Whitmire presented Congressional Recognition Certificates to Dr. Li and representatives from our alumni family.

Attending Chengchi University and Lamer University influenced the most important times in our lives. My college days did arouse and motivate my fighting spirit afterwards. Many years later, my wife and I entered the campus at Lamar University in Beaumont. This was the beginning of our new journey in this new land. 

I said in my welcoming remarks that, "All of you have really touched our lives so deeply over many decades time so that today we are able to stand in front of you now. We are so grateful because we are all together like at a family union."
