我們即將啟動 [領袖訓練营 ]

由美南新聞集團、環球第一銀行、 國際貿貿中心和諸多社團共同發起的青年領袖訓練營即將在八月初啟動,這將是德州歷史上以華亞裔為主的訓練課程，更為有志從政及步入美國政壇的一條大路。 

這項領袖訓練項目,我們已經邀請到市長 ,國會議員,大學校長,太空人,市主計長,州及郡民選代表及工商界領袖為年青友人們講課,让他們實際瞭解美國政治之應作。

正值美國總統大選在即，世界各地之紛爭不斷，加上中美兩國關係繼續緊張，華亞裔人士之處境愈加困難,我們要加緊認識自己在美國社會之處境,如何來面對未來之挑戰。

我們將透過此訓練课程組建青年領袖网,來幫助他們在今後求學創業之過程中成為永久之伙伴和益友。

The Houston Youth Leadership Training Camp Will Be Launched In Early August 

The Houston Youth Leadership Training Camp sponsored by Southern News Group, the International Trade Center, Global One Bank and many other local organizations will be launched in early August. This will be a broad-based training course that will teach and encourage Asian young people to become more interested in, and more ambitious about, considering a career in politics. 

For this training camp program, we  also have invited Houston's Mayor, our Congressman, the City Controller, a university president, former astronauts, a county commissioner and several business leaders to give lectures to 

our young friends about their actual understanding of American politics. 

As the presidential election is rapidly approaching, continuous disputes are ongoing around the world and this includes, most importantly, the tense relationship between China and the United States. The situation for Chinese Asians in this country will now be even more difficult. We need to be prepared and educated on how to face this coming challenge. 

We are so grateful to be starting this training course and we will announce additional details next week.
