秋風送爽明月高懸  又是一年中秋佳節

中秋節𠄘載著我們華夏文化人倫孝悌之博大精神，人們寄望家人團聚，慶豐祈福，希望國泰民安。在此祭拜月亮之日子,同日也是土地公之生日。一般人怀着感謝天地之心情，親友家人共嚐月餅就是團圓之象徵。

今天我們遠走他鄉，全球數千萬之華裔散佈在全球各角落，令人感動的是全球各大城市皆有華埠僑團和華文學校，只有華人才對自己之祖宗及文化在各地繼續傳承和發揚廣大。

遺憾的是，今天海峽兩岸之關係繼續凍結之中,更令人擔心的是美國總統大選後對中美台之三邊關係仍是未知數，我們要在此呼籲，海峽兩岸之華人同屬華夏民族，儘管許多人不承認，但是歷史之踪跡是無法否認的。

值此中秋佳節,我們在美之華裔應該發揮影響力,決不能把台灣變成烏克蘭。

The Autumn Wind Blows  And It's Time For Reunion

The Mid-Autumn Festival carries the broad spirit of filial piety of our cultural. People look for the reunion of their families and pray for the peace of the country. On the day of worshipping the moon here, the same day is also the birthday of the Land Prince. People are grateful for heaven and earth. Relatives and friends taste moon cakes together which is symbol of reunion.

Today, we have gone far away from our hometowns. What is touching is that the people still remember how to inherit, celebrate and carry forward our ancestors and culture in various places around the world.

Unfortunately, the relationship between the Taiwan Straits is still frozen today. How to solve the problem is unknown. 

But one of the most important issues is that we must promote a peaceful solution. We just don’t want the Taiwan issue to become another Ukraine.
