今天當我們慶祝歷史上一個重要時刻,我懷着無比之自豪感站在你們面前,描繪了新移民如何來到這裡追求美國夢。

我們非常感激合作伙伴之堅定支持，他們使這次休斯敦國際博覽會成為現實。二十二年前一羣有遠見的人成立了這個非營利組織,其使命獨特:為我們的社羣服務，多年來我們自豪地幫助了一萬二千家企業,國際貿易中心繼續舉辦這一大活動讓我們感到驕傲和自豪。

我們今天的使命仍然堅定不移地促進這個我們稱之為家的城市的文化,經濟和教育發展,並感謝這個偉大的國家賜予我們的機會和自由,使我們熱情地追逐我們的夢想。

Full Text Of SNG Chairman Wea H. Lee's Speech At The Houston International Expo In Houston,Texas

Today, as we celebrate this important moment in history, I stand before you with great pride and reflect on how so many new immigrants have come here over the years to America to pursue the American Dream.
We are very grateful to our partners for their firm support in making the Houston International Expo a reality. Twenty-two years ago, a group of people founded the International Trade Center with a unique mission: to serve our community. Over the years we have proudly helped 12,000 enterprises, and now we are here and going forward to hold this large and important event in the same spirit of international cooperation and mutual progress.

Our mission today is still to unswervingly promote the cultural, economic and educational development of the city we all call home. We all appreciate this great land for giving us the opportunity and freedom to pursue our dreams.

Tonight we are privileged to honor the many outstanding leaders of all ethnic groups here with us. Their many contributions to our culture, education, government service and religion are the very backbone of our city.

We have built this platform of the International Expo to welcome new investors to Texas, especially to Houston.

Let's celebrate our journey, our success and our American Dream together.
