I Went To Vote

At 2:00pm on Friday, I caught up with the last day of the early voting for the presidential election and I cast my vote. I looked over the 73 pages to vote, and spent 15 minutes to finish my voting.

Over the years, many in our Asian immigrant community have increasingly felt the importance of voting. Only one vote can elect the winner and the political leaders we think will be excellent for the country.

In politics, you must not underestimate your vote. Each vote represents a power and responsibility.
The voting for the presidential election will be held on next Tuesday, and the polls still show it is the closest race in recent history.
Mayor Whitmire told us that we are good citizens, but we will never forget our heritage and the culture.
