走線客華人同胞多保重

隨着川普總統即將重返白宮,美國政府將執行遣返非法居民之政策,並不惜動用軍隊來執行遣返行動。德州州政府為配合執法已經在美墨邊境捐出大片工地作為遣返非法居民之集中營,我們對此表示高度之關心和憂慮。

近年來因中國大陸遭遇經濟上之困難,數以萬計的走線客經由第三地穿山越嶺來到美國,許多華人同胞之逃亡經過令人鼻酸,他們都怀着希望追尋美國夢之希望,但是由于川普之排外政策將受到諸多之挑戰。

新的共和黨政府將會大力削減政府在教育、社會福利之預算,以往只要到達美國就可以享受之權利可能已不可能。

我們奉勸目前在美國之走線者必須要奉公守法,千萬不可觸犯法律而被拘留 ,你們被遣返之机會就會大增。如果你能在此時尋找一位律師,必要時他可以為你作法律上的保護。

總之,大家也不必過度恐慌,美國仍然是一個法制國家,只要是奉公守法還是會得到基本法律之保障。

Take Care Of Your Chinese Compatriots

As President Trump is about to return to the White House, the government will implement a policy of expelling illegal residents and will not hesitate to use military force to carry out these repatriation operations. In order to cooperate with the federal authorities, the State of Texas has already donated a large land area near the border with Mexico  to build a huge facility for the repatriation of illegal residents. We strongly express our great concerns for this new and controversial development.

In recent years, due to the difficulty of the Chinese economy, tens of thousands of Chinese people have crossed the mountains and rivers and came to America while enduring many hardships  in the process. The stories of escape of many Chinese is heartbreaking. They all hope to pursue the American Dream, but because of the new Trump administration, they will all now face a big challenge.

We advise those who are here that you need to abide by the law and must not violate the law, otherwise, your chance of repatriation will greatly increase. If you can find a lawyer, he or she can provide you some legal advice, if necessary.

There is no need right now for everyone to panic too much. We are still a country of law.
