過去一年德州共發出二十二萬五千張住宅建築執照，佔全美之百分之十五，其次是佛羅里達，北卡，加州及喬治亞州。

根據數字顯示，如果德州人口不斷增加,等到二零四五年，德州將成為全美人口最多之大州，過去十年來共增加了三百九十萬外來居民。

德州之就業市塲也非常耀眼，十二月份失業率只有百分之四點二，過去十年來從未超過百分之五。

隨著川普總統對傳統能源石油天然氣之開放開採，德州必然會掀起一陣經濟熱潮，對德州而言，將會引進更多人参與開採工作。

Texas Will Become The Champion Of New Housing Growth In The Nation

Following the tragic devastation caused by the Los Angeles fires, many Californians will move to Texas which will include Houston, and will predictably set off a housing construction boom in the near future.

In the past year, Texas issued a total of 225,000 residential building permits, accounting for 15% the nation's 

total, followed by Florida, North Carolina, California and Georgia.

If the population of Texas continues to grow, the state will become the most populous state in the nation by 

2045, with a total of 3.9 million people having moved to Texas over the last decade.

The job market in Texas is also very dazzling. The unemployment rate in December for the state was 4.2% 

 and has never exceeded 5% over the last ten years.

With President Trump's promise to open up the exploration of the transitional energies of oil and gas, an 

economic boom will inevitably be set off in Texas and more people will join the drilling activity in Texas.
