我們社區治安亮起紅燈

最近幾個月來，位於百利大道上之大街上不斷上演被打破汽車玻璃偷走財物証件及電腦文件之治安事件，讓我們感到十分震驚和不安，也是我們社區共同關心之問題。

我們已經把這些治安事件面報惠特曼市長，並且正在籌備一場社區治安公聽會，屆時邀請市長及警政首長出席，希望大家集思廣益共同來討論如何應對日愈败坏之治安環境。

市長始終認為治安是他最重要之施政任務，沒有良好之治安環境就談不上經濟發展。

為了聽取大家之意見，我們正在籌備一項治安工作座談會,屆時將邀集市政警察局首長親臨大會。

籌備會工作正在進行中，也會在近期內公佈，期待大家踴躍參加。

The Public Safety Of Our Community  Is Stopped On A Red Light

Over the past several months, there have been a continuous number of public safety incidents along Bellaire Blvd. during which car glass was broken on several vehicles and personal property and documents were stolen, which has shocked us all and made us all very uneasy, and it now has become a widespread common concern for many in our community.

We have already reported these public security incidents to the police and we are preparing a public safety community town hall meeting in the very near future. We hope that all of our concerned community citizens will come together to seriously brainstorm and discuss how to deal with this growing problem.

The plans for the preparatory meeting are now underway and additional details will be announced in the near future. We 

look forward to your active participation.
