AI人工智能正在扭轉世界

今午在美南環球劇塲舉辦一場環球工商經濟金融中心成立大會，邀集政府工商金融界代表共同商討如何加強休斯敦和世界之間之交流,利用人工智慧AI技能來撬動未來之世界。

美南環球金融中心大樓自2023年12月8日破土至今共十五個月施工時間,主體外層建築大樓已經完工,這座宏偉之高大雄偉建築已經成為休斯敦西南國際區之地標，今後將在大樓內建造環球AI人工智慧大廚房,向全美二十個大城成立AI教室。

最近由赫里斯前郡長艾克斯及美南集團代表組成之代表團曾經前往加州洛杉磯考察訪問,得到美西各界工業金融界之熱烈接待，並紛紛表達前來德州休斯敦投資之意願,其中包括兩家華人銀行及地產開發商。

我們深信AI時代之來臨，希望能配合各界人士之支持和需要，我們已經把新建大樓正式定名為AI大樓。

 AI Artificial Intelligence Is Changing The World

This afternoon we invited many representatives from government and business along with financial community leaders to join us at our newly established Global Business And Financial Center at our TV studio to discuss how to strengthen exchanges between Houston and the world and and how to effectively use AI skills and technologies to leverage our strengths and best interact with the world in the future.

The new building of Southern International Financial Center has been under construction for a total 15 months since we broke ground on December 8, 2023. The main exterior building of this magnificent and majestic building has been completed. It has already become a landmark structure of Southwest Houston's International District. In the future, a global AI artificial intelligence main kitchen will be built in the building.

Recently, a delegation led by former Harris County Judge Robert Eckels and a team from Southern News Group went to Los Angeles to visit and meet with friends and business leaders. Our delegation was warmly received by the local business community 

who expressed their willingness to invest in Houston, including two local Asian banks and property developers.

We are convinced that the AI era is coming, and looking to the future, we have officially named the new building the AI Building.
