休斯敦市長惠特曼日前宣稱,一項粍資二十億之綜合會展商業文化中心已經開始推動之中,屆時將全面啟動另一座會展中心，配合商業街文化藝術建造一座休斯敦會展文化區，全面為休斯敦之經濟繁榮揭開新頁章。

由於休斯敦在海運航空之極大便利，加上有全球最大之醫療航太中心，新政府並將加大放開石油天然氣之開發，這些先天條件是造成休斯敦成為最熱之投資大城市。

  Houston Has Become A Hot City

With the grand plan of Apple and Foxconn now coming to Houston, many small- and median- sized enterprises have started to follow and now are pouring into the area hastening the boom era of moving to Texas.

Houston Mayor Whitmire recently announced that a two billion dollar comprehensive convention, exhibition and cultural district is now under construction. The district will be fully incorporated through Comerica and will open a new chapter of Houston‘s prosperity.

Due to Houston’s great convenience of access to worldwide shipping and aviation, coupled with the largest Medical Center and NASA, along with the Trump administration's plans to increase the exploration of domestic oil and gas, all of this and more makes Houston the hottest investment city in America today.
