台灣毒油事件：食品安全不能妥協

近期台灣爆發中聯油脂大豆沙拉油事件，部分油品被檢出致癌物**苯（a）駢芘（Benzo[a]pyrene, BaP）**超過台灣法定標準，引發近年來最受矚目的食品安全風暴之一。主管機關已要求受影響產品全面下架、回收，並追查上下游流向。

根據台灣食品藥物管理署公布的調查，截至目前已有數百家下游業者受到影響，相關產品批次已公開，主管機關並對涉案業者祭出重罰，展開獨立調查，同時研擬修訂《食品安全衛生管理法》，希望加強食品安全管理與追溯制度。
