油價破紀錄 兩百萬難民逃離

即便是在盛產石油燃油的德州休斯敦，今早的油價打破了四元美金 ，登上了歷史上最高紀錄 ，這個令人震驚之數字， 代表了世界局勢及経濟之繼續惡化。

在華府，國會眾議院通過了巨大预算，其中包括給予烏克蘭的一千三百六十億援助， 總統澤倫斯基繼續呼籲北約及歐盟國家實施空中封鎖， 但是專家們預測， 俄軍攻入烏克蘭首都基輔只是时間問題， 並將演變為游撃惡戰 ，烏克蘭需要開始籌備流亡政府來因應未來之變數。

近二百萬難民已逃離家鄉， 我們看到兵荒馬亂， 奔波流離的孩童老弱婦孺 正在上演自第二次世界大戰以來最大的難民潮。

繼拜登總統宣佈停購俄羅斯之石油天然氣之後， 美國之各大企業也相繼撤除 俄羅斯盧幣貶值，給予它巨大之壓力 ，普丁在向全國之电視講話中，要國人共體時艱。

由于美國不願和俄羅斯進行正面武裝衝突， 北約也不會遣派地面步隊支援 ，單靠烏克蘭之反抗不足以堅守國土， 而首都之失陷只是时間問題。

俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫和烏克蘭外長庫列巴在土耳其之會談已經結束， 並未達成任何具體協議， 但拉夫羅夫外長表示 ，普丁並不反對和烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基進行會面討論。

目前烏克蘭之戰局， 正不斷牽動世界経済政治之格局， 物價高漲， 難民逃亡 ，我們希望政客们要有大的智慧來面對爭端 烏克蘭之情勢，目前已經十分明顯， 希望俄烏兩國領導人能立即進行面談 為大家解除痛苦。

Oil Prices Break Record As Two Million Refugees Flee

Even in our oil production state of Texas, Houston’s pump price broke $4 dollars and reached its highest level in history. This shocking figure represents the continued deterioration of the world situation and economy.

Yesterday the House of Representatives passed a huge budget including a staggering $13.6 billion aid package to Ukraine. President Zelensky continued to call on NATO and EU countries to impose an air blockade, but the experts predicted that the Russia forces will take over the capital in just a matter of time. Ukraine needs to start to prepare for a government in exile.

More than two million refugees have fled their hometowns in Ukraine. We have seen the largest wave of refugees since World War II.

After President Biden announced the suspension of oil and gas purchases from Russia, major U.S. companies have also withdrawn their business, one after the other. The depreciation of the Russian ruble has put great pressure on Russia’s economy.

Because NATO and the U.S. are unwilling to send in ground troops to fight, Ukraine’s military alone is not strong enough to defend the country and the fall of the capital is only a matter of time.

It is very sad that the talks between Russia and Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs in Turkey have been concluded and no specific agreement was reached.

At the present time, the war in Ukraine is constantly disrupting the pattern of the world’s  economy and politics. We all hope both leaders from Russia and Ukraine will use their shared wisdom to face and solve all disputes.

We all need peace to relieve everyone’s pain and suffering.
