日夜趕工 爭分奪秒

正在興建中的環球第一銀行金融中心經過全體參予工程建築人員之日夜趕工，目前已經完成了整個地基基礎工程，預定月底前全部水泥高牆將完成。樓高六十七英尺，總面稹達六萬二千呎。

這座以牢固水泥磚牆為主體之建築 ，以節能減碳之高科技設施，让這座銀行金融大樓成為一座現代化智能大樓,頂樓將裝置太陽能板及空中花園,將成為西南及國際區之標誌建築。

環球第一銀行自開業一年多來，上月份已經盈餘三十多萬元 ，打破新開銀行一年內達到收支平衡之先例。

我們非常感謝社區各界人士之大力支持 ，銀行大樓之全部工程預計在年底前完成，此大樓將成為銀行之總部。

Day And Night, Rushing To Work, Every Second Counts

The construction of the Global One Bank Financial Center is currently underway. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel working day and night, the entire foundation work has been completed. It is scheduled to have all concrete walls finished by the end of the month. The building stands at sixty-seven feet high with a total area of sixty-two thousand square feet.

This building, with its solid cement brick walls as the main structure, is equipped with high-tech features for energy efficiency and carbon reduction. It will transform the bank into a most modern and intelligent building.

The rooftop will feature solar panels and an outdoor garden making it a landmark in the southwest and International District.

We are truly grateful for the immense support from the community. The entire construction of the bank is projected to be completed by the end of the year and it will serve as the bank’s headquarters.
