市長先生, 國會議員格林，各位好朋友及弟兄姐妹們：

今天我們在此慶祝美南新聞四十五週年慶，各位多年來之支持和親臨會場令我充滿感激。

四十五年來我和妻子領導的團隊以心血和淚水灌溉着美南新聞這塊土地,經過多少艱難之挑戰，我們始終站在新聞之最前線，向社會做出貢獻，繼續在媒體事業向前奔跑。

今天我也要特別感恩在座的幾位休斯敦國際管理區之創辦人及理事們,我們大家二十多年之犧牲奉獻把荒蕪之地建造成經濟繁榮之社區,，這代表了移民社區為社會作出之極大貢獻。

過去幾年來，在華亞裔及國際社區領袖之共同努力下,我們創辦了環球第一銀行,正式興建中之銀行總部將為我們社區未來之經濟發展貢獻心力。

成立已經二十二年的國際貿易中心曾經為一萬二千家中小企業提供服務，我們正在籌劃一項前所未有之休斯敦國際博覽會,邀請全球各地代表前來休斯敦探討經濟及文化合作事項。

今晚我也為二十位成功之商界領袖颁發企業家貢獻獎,感謝他們多年來對建立一個和諧繁榮之社區作出極大貢獻。

我們也要為正在和病魔戰鬥之國會議員希拉李,至友権滕及關振鵬夫人致上最深之祝福,愿上天赐福她們。

Southern News Group 45th Anniversary Speech

Dear Mayor Whitmire, Congressman Al Green, my dear brothers and sisters.
Thank you all for joining us today as we celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the Southern News Group. I am deeply humbled and grateful for your presence here today and especially for your ongoing support over the years.
My wife and I, along with hundreds of dedicated colleagues, have poured our hearts and souls into this company, overcoming numerous challenges to reach this significant milestone. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.
In the meantime, I would like to express my immense gratitude to our board members who have joined hands with us to build the Houston International District. This endeavor stands as a shining testament to the immense contribution new immigrants make to this great nation that we all love.
Through the tireless efforts of our Chairman and President, Mr. JP Park, Dr. Sam Hwang and former County Judge Robert Eckels, we have successfully launched the Global One Bank. This bank serves as a vital resource for our community and an integral part of its ongoing development.
Upcoming on October 30th of this year, with the invaluable support of our city's Mayor and Congressman Al Green, we will host the first Houston International Expo. This event aims to attract investors from around the globe to visit our remarkable city.
45 years is a very long journey, and with your support, we will continue our journey into the future.
