舊金山向全美遣送［流浪漢］

正在尋求聯任的舊金山市長布里正在推動一項把流浪客送往全美各地的計劃，最遠的是紐約州及德州。在市政府於八月一日發佈之行政命令中,許多流浪在街頭之無家可歸者得到差旅費遣送回他們自已家鄉。截至目前為止，有一百十一名流浪者被遣返各大城市。

我們看來這應該是一個全國性之問題,全美各大城市正在面臨之市政問題,也証明我們的社會問題是多麼嚴重，這些流浪漢大部分來自全國各地，真正加州居民為數不多。

舊金山是是到達美國時第一站停留的地方,這座美麗之城市留下了很多難忘之足跡,當年我們要到德州許多人都以為我們是瘋了? 多年後回想起來也無法認定是否正磪。

我們認為流浪漢是是全國之問題,只有聯那政府拿出適當政策才能解決問題,否則大家踢皮球相互推諉責任將使問題更嚴重。

San Francisco Is Deporting The Homeless

The City of San Francisco is promoting the deportation of their homeless to other parts of the country, including New York and Texas. Since August 1st of this year, they have already sent one hundred and ten homeless individuals to different cities around the U.S.
In our opinion this is a national issue. Most big American cities are now facing widespread and serious social problems. Most of the homeless come from different parts of the of the country.
When I first arrived America, my first stop was San Francisco. This beautiful city left many unforgettable footprints on my memory. When we wanted move to Texas, many people thought we were crazy! Looking back, I still can’t determine whether it‘s been right or not.
We believe that homelessness is a national problem, only to be addressed when the federal government comes up with appropriate polices. Otherwise, everyone will still continue to blame each other and the problem will only get worse.
