旧金山向全美遣送［流浪汉］

正在寻求联任的旧金山市长布里正在推动一项把流浪客送往全美各地的计划，最远的是纽约州及德州。在市政府於八月一日发佈之行政命令中,许多流浪在街头之无家可归者得到差旅费遣送回他们自已家乡。截至目前為止，有一百十一名流浪者被遣返各大城市。

我们看来这应该是一个全国性之问题,全美各大城市正在面临之市政问题,也証明我们的社会问题是多麼严重，这些流浪汉大部分来自全国各地，真正加州居民為数不多。

旧金山是是到达美国时第一站停留的地方,这座美丽之城市留下了很多难忘之足跡,当年我们要到德州许多人都以為我们是疯了? 多年后回想起来也无法认定是否正磪。

我们认為流浪汉是是全国之问题,只有联那政府拿出适当政策才能解决问题,否则大家踢皮球相互推諉责任将使问题更严重。

San Francisco Is Deporting The Homeless

The City of San Francisco is promoting the deportation of their homeless to other parts of the country, including New York and Texas. Since August 1st of this year, they have already sent one hundred and ten homeless individuals to different cities around the U.S.
In our opinion this is a national issue. Most big American cities are now facing widespread and serious social problems. Most of the homeless come from different parts of the of the country.
When I first arrived America, my first stop was San Francisco. This beautiful city left many unforgettable footprints on my memory. When we wanted move to Texas, many people thought we were crazy! Looking back, I still can’t determine whether it‘s been right or not.
We believe that homelessness is a national problem, only to be addressed when the federal government comes up with appropriate polices. Otherwise, everyone will still continue to blame each other and the problem will only get worse.
