To Challenge The Impossible

Today, I met many Asian leaders in the high-tech, finance, industrial and real estate fields in Los Angeles. Their academic histories and their stories of success in the United States were shocking and impressive. Just like many international students and immigrants from Taiwan and China, they came to America when they were young following their years of education, and because of the expertise they have acquired, they have become social elites after decades of struggle. The wealth they have created has made them one of the richest classes in the nation.

Although Los Angeles, a very dazzling city, has many social problems, in my opinion, it is still a vibrant melting pot. Walking on the streets is still very crowded with many people and the highways are always crowded with many vehicles.

For me, LA is very familiar and quite a strange place. There are many old friends and memories here.

Our trip is full of expectation for returning to California. Through the platform of media, banking and education, we want to start farming in this big city. Although we have a long way to go, we still have to challenge the impossible.
