向郭台銘進言

中華民國總統大選已經近在眉捷， 台灣地區選民正在準備明年一月選出下選領導人。 這將是對台灣前途最關鍵之選擇， 也關乎世界未來之發展。

曾經在四年前加入國民黨想要角逐大位的企業家郭台銘， 此次捲土重來， 目前正在美國訪問 ，企望美國政經界及僑胞之支持， 必要時將以獨立候選人方式出馬， 為他在人生中最後一搏。

最近參加總統選舉之所有候選人， 紛紛走訪美國， 因為美國是台灣的最大靠山。 最近美國政府更贈給武器國會並對1971 年聯合國議案提出質疑。 

從世界宏觀角度看來， 中美兩國存在之矛盾將是非常大之挑戰， 我們試問， 美國政府近年來對中國之政策是否妥當， 一個崛起中之大國， 要遏止它的發展是不可能之事， 如何真如許多專家學者們所預測中美終將一戰？

我們必須非常嚴肅地指出，台灣問題是中美兩個強權之最核心問題， 我們決不願見到烏克蘭戰爭之重演。

老實說， 郭董和我們一样是台灣的外省子弟。 過去七十多年來，因為蔣介石總統在台灣為我們這一代創造了一個安定之政治環境， 完成大學學業， 郭董成為了世界級之富豪。 我們大家也能在美國安居樂業， 難道我們不要感激蔣介石對國家之貢獻嗎？!

郭董 ，我們希望您大局為重， 何況要對國家社會貢獻， 非得做總統嗎？何況這是不太可能實現的事。

 A Word To Terry Kuo 

The presidential election of Taiwan is approaching. Voters in Taiwan are preparing to elect the leader in January of next year. This will be the most critical choice for Taiwan’s future and is also related to the future of the world. 

Terry Kao, an entrepreneur who once joined the KMT party four years ago and wanted to run  for president, is currently visiting the United States hoping to get support from the American people and government. If necessary, he will be an independent candidate and will run for president again. 

All of the candidates who recently participated in the presidential election have visited the United States one after another because the U.S. is Taiwan’s biggest backer. Recently the U.S. government gave weapons to Taiwan and Congress passed a bill questioning the 1971 United Nation’s resolution. 

We must point out that Taiwan is a core issue between the two powers of the United States and China. We don’t want to see these two nations ever eventually fighting in a war. 

Over the past 70 years, the ruler of Taiwan, Chiang Kai-shek and the KMT, have created a stable political environment through completing the education, including Terry Kao who has become a world-class rich man. Shouldn’t we be very grateful to Chiang because of his contributions to the country as well as to ourselves?

Mr Kao, you are not going to make it this time. We want you to reconsider how to contribute to your country, not necessary to be its president.
