大家一起來做公益

由聯合健康保險及美南新聞合辦的打造健康退休生活講座， 今天上午將盛大舉行。 我們更聯合環球第一銀行 東北同鄉會 、河南同鄉會、 山東同鄉會、 善學中文學校 、中華總商會、江蘇同鄉會政大校友會及康樂老人中心、 陽光老人中心等近二十多個社團共同為社區退休同胞們講述有關健康保健之課題。

多年來我們透過美南媒體平台及國際貿易中心曾經舉辦許多社區活動及各種游園會， 此次活動得到聯合健康保險之贊助， 並特邀園藝專家李守楝博士向華人長老們分享種植蔬菜水果之秘訣 ，並解說聯邦醫保之現狀。 

今天在美國地區之銀髪族日愈增多 ，他們在年輕時為𠒇女之成長及事業打拼， 正在享受他們的黃金歲月 ，健康是生活最重要的事項 ，唯有健康體格才能享受美好之退休生活。

我們非常高興和感動這些社團和我們共同為長者之健康生活貢獻力量。

目前我們正在籌備十月份之國際區大遊行， 十一月十日國際貿易中心二十一週年慶及明年二月之春節游園會 並將其廣邀更多社團參與 ，更顯示我們華亞裔之力量。

 Let’s Do Social Work Together 

At the United Health sponsored health care seminar on Saturday, we had more than twenty community organizations and Global One Bank that joined hands at the meeting. This will benefit the seniors and we invited Dr. David Le to teach people how to garden in their backyards. 

Over the past years, we as the media and International Trade Center have sponsored many events to talk about many social issues.

Today many seniors have retired and enjoy their golden life. Health is the most important thing in their lives. We are very happy to co-sponsor the event and we are united to show our concern for our community. 

We are also planning to host an ITC Gala and international parade in the near future.   

Many of our seniors are still very active in their lives. They just need more activities to keep them busy.
