大家一起来做公益

由联合健康保险及美南新闻合办的打造健康退休生活讲座， 今天上午将盛大举行。 我们更联合环球第一银行 东北同乡会 、河南同乡会、 山东同乡会、 善学中文学校 、中华总商会、江苏同乡会政大校友会及康乐老人中心、 阳光老人中心等近二十多个社团共同為社区退休同胞们讲述有关健康保健之课题。

多年来我们透过美南媒体平台及国际贸易中心曾经举办许多社区活动及各种游园会， 此次活动得到联合健康保险之赞助， 并特邀园艺专家李守楝博士向华人长老们分享种植蔬菜水果之秘诀 ，并解说联邦医保之现状。 

今天在美国地区之银髪族日愈增多 ，他们在年轻时為𠒇女之成长及事业打拼， 正在享受他们的黄金岁月 ，健康是生活最重要的事项 ，唯有健康体格才能享受美好之退休生活。

我们非常高兴和感动这些社团和我们共同為长者之健康生活贡献力量。

目前我们正在筹备十月份之国际区大游行， 十一月十日国际贸易中心二十一週年庆及明年二月之春节游园会 并将其广邀更多社团参与 ，更显示我们华亚裔之力量。

 Let’s Do Social Work Together 

At the United Health sponsored health care seminar on Saturday, we had more than twenty community organizations and Global One Bank that joined hands at the meeting. This will benefit the seniors and we invited Dr. David Le to teach people how to garden in their backyards. 

Over the past years, we as the media and International Trade Center have sponsored many events to talk about many social issues.

Today many seniors have retired and enjoy their golden life. Health is the most important thing in their lives. We are very happy to co-sponsor the event and we are united to show our concern for our community. 

We are also planning to host an ITC Gala and international parade in the near future.   

Many of our seniors are still very active in their lives. They just need more activities to keep them busy.
