台北孫文學校總校長張亞中教授昨天參加了由美南新聞主辦的座談會,並與休斯敦地區僑學各界及旅居美國的海峽兩岸僑胞進行一項坦誠之座談。

當天之交流中，大家對於中華民國台灣之前途有了一個共識,那就是在未來川普和習近平之談判桌上,台灣就如烏克蘭一樣將無法上桌扮演任何之角色。

老實說,我們在海外的華人感到十分憂心,以川普目前所主導之外交政策，並以美國利益為優先考量,犧牲小國利益是非常可能又可怕之行為。

身為華裔美人，我們應該立即行動為海峽兩岸之未來尽一已之力。

Welcome Professor Y.C. Chang's Visit

Professor Chang, the Grand President of the Dr. Sun Wen School in Taiwan attended a symposium hosted by Southern News Group and had a very frank talk with local community leaders and cross-strait Chinese Americans from Taiwan living in Houston, Texas. 

During the exchange, everyone had a consensus on the future of Taiwan. In any negotiations between China and the United States, Taiwan will not be able to play a role like Ukraine.

To be honest, we are very sorry about Trump’s current foreign policy which very likely will sacrifice the interests of smaller countries.

We all want the Taiwan issue to be solved in a peaceful way.
