今午，我代表幾內亞政府，應邀出席由德州牛仔節委員會舉辦的年度招待會，款待駐在休斯敦的外交領事團。

在這座充滿牛仔精神的大廳裡，皮靴與牛仔帽交錯成景，粗獷而熱情的德州文化，化作最直接的城市語言。

這不僅是一場節慶的相聚，更是一場跨文化的對話。德州以牛仔節為媒介，向世界展示它的開放、包容與自信；各國代表在輕鬆的氛圍中交流友誼、分享願景，讓文化、經貿與城市連結自然流動。

Texas Rodeo Committee Hosts Diplomatic Corps Reception

This afternoon, I attended the annual reception hosted by the Texas Rodeo Committee on behalf of the Government of Guinea, joining members of the diplomatic corps stationed in Houston.

Inside a grand hall filled with the spirit of the American cowboy—boots, hats, and the unmistakable rugged elegance of Texas—the atmosphere was warm, open, and proudly local. The setting itself spoke volumes: Texas culture on full display, confident, welcoming, and deeply rooted in tradition.

More than a celebration, the gathering became a space for genuine cross-cultural exchange. Through the language of heritage and hospitality, Texas connected with the world. Conversations flowed easily among representatives from many nations, bridging cultures, strengthening friendships, and opening doors to future cooperation.

In the shared laughter and respectful dialogue, one truth stood out clearly: culture remains one of the most powerful forms of diplomacy—and Texas knows how to present it to the world in its own distinctive way.
