Accounting/ Office Manager


*Small Wholesale Company is looking for Accounting/ Office Manager

1. Mature, responsible and well experienced individual. Preferred with bachelor degree

2. Self-Motivated, strong prioritizing, organizational, and time management skills

3. Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

4. Ability to work well under pressure

5. Must have an analytical mindset & have strong problem-solving skills

6.Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

7.Intermediate skill of MS Words & Excel

8.Quick Book Experience is a plus!

9.Prefer 2nd language in Mandarin, Spanish or Korean

Location: 610 North in The Heights area

Office Hour:  7 AM – 4 PM
