Facilities Engineer/MEP & HVAC Specialist

Key Responsibilities

●Operation & Maintenance: Perform daily monitoring and preventative maintenance (PM) 

  for HVAC, electrical power, compressed air, and piping systems.

●Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, control 

  panels, and equipment failures to minimize production downtime.

●Contractor Coordination: Supervise external MEP contractors during installation

  and repair projects to maintain safety and standard compliance.

●Emergency Support: Respond promptly to facility emergencies (e.g., power 

  outages or HVAC failures) and carry out contingency plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

●Education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or

  HVAC Engineering (or equivalent).

●Experience: 3 to 5 years in industrial facility maintenance or MEP projects.

●Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical wiring, control circuits, and reading

  technical drawings (single-line diagrams, P&ID). Experience with HVAC

  chillers and cooling towers preferred.

●Certifications: Relevant electrical or wiring technical licenses are a plus.

●Language & Status: Professional English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus). 
   Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
