 我们為何而战?

今天在美国的华亚裔正面临前所未有之挑战 ,美国国会两党在国会议程上唯一共同点就是对抗中国大陆之崛起，正在挑战美国在全球之地位。

根据德州眾议员吴元之之说法，德州议员共和党议员再次要提案禁止中国大陆,北韩,伊朗等国家之公民在德州购买房地產。在该案中更包括他们被禁止上美国大学及就业机会，这简直是早年美国反华条例之翻版，那些不认為自己非来自上述三国的人不要以為事不关己，如果此法案在议会通过实施，,其影响是全方面的。

我们今天成為美国这个国家之一份子，更应该勇敢站出来，以选票来保障我们之権益。

      Why Are We Fighting?

Today, Asian-Americans, and especially Chinese, are facing unprecedented challenges. The only commonality of agreement that exists between the two parties in Congress on the agenda is to fight against the rise of mainland China and fight any challenges to the global status of the United States.

According to our state representative Gene Wu, Republicans in the state house and senate once again want to propose a bill to prohibit citizens from China, North Korea and Iran from buying real estate in Texas. They might even ban some students from universities and others from employment, which is a replica of the earlier anti-Chinese law. If this bill passes in the state legislature, its impact will affect all of us.

Today we need to stand up and speak out to fight for our rights and for our future as well as for the next generation.
