费罗丽庄园的习拜会

拜登总统週三下午在旧金山近郊的费罗丽庄园欢迎中国国家主席习近平之到访， 经过四个多小时之会谈， 双方同意恢復军事对话及对反毒品控制之努力。 

与此同时， 双方认為回到正常之轨道，处理两国军事危机才是最重要之议题之一。 拜登总统在记者会上表示，他和习近平主席之会谈具有非常建设性之成 果， 他重申一中政策从未改变。

在我们看来， 台湾问题才是中美关係重中之重，海峡两岸之兵兇战危才是世界问题之徵结所在。中国大陆不放弃武力统一之政策 ，近八年来民进党政府之反中行為， 造成中美两国极大之矛盾。

台湾明年元月份将举行大选， 日前国民党及民眾党在前总统马英九之见证下已经决定合力对抗民进党， 百分之六十之台湾人民希望政党轮替。倘若非绿合作上台， 也许是改善和中国大陆关係之契机。 

如果海峡两岸关係急速改善， 中国大陆也将会改变其对台政策 这对中美关係之缓和及世界和平将会產生良好之后果。

我们在海外的华人极盼走在民族復兴之大道上， 更希望双方领导人决不可开歷史之倒车 ，战争是没有驘家的。

Biden And Xi Meet At Filoli Gardens 

President Biden welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping at Filoli Gardens near San Francisco Wednesday afternoon. For more than four hours both sides agreed to resume a mutual military dialogue and to support an anti-drug control effort. 

At the same time, the two sides agreed that returning to the normal track to deal with the military crisis between the two countries is one of the most important issues that they both are facing. 

President Biden said that he told Xi, "We maintain an agreement that there is a one-China policy and that I am not going to change that.“ President Biden commented that he believed the two leaders engaged in, "...some of the most constructive and productive discussions we’ve ever had."

In our opinion, the Taiwan issue should be the top priority of Sino-US relations. When China insists on a unified Taiwan as part of a "China by force" approach, the current DDP government’s anti-China policy causes high tensions on the Taiwan Straits. 

Taiwan will hold its presidential election on January 13, 2024. Yesterday, the KMT and the Peoples Party agreed to unite against the current DPP in election. 60% of the Taiwan people want the government to change. We hope the new government can improve the relationship with mainland China and improve the relationship between the U.S. and China at the same time.
