德州休斯敦首富富蒂达今日宣佈放弃他手创之商业帝国，出任由川普总统任命出使美国驻义大利特命全权大使，他的商业范围包括六百多家餐馆，赌场及火箭蓝球队。

他在一封公开信中表示，假如得到参院之通过，我将退出所有企业之经营团队，并辞去所有非营利组织之职位。

富蒂达每年从他投资之股票中可以分到六百万以上之红利，尤其在他的餐厅事业更是全美首屈一指。

这位商界之传奇人物可谓是位德州佬，出生在休斯敦海滨城市加文斯敦，自幼年开始就在餐厅中打滚学习，𠙖着一股十足之气在餐旅赌场界打下一片天。

在他事业有成之后对於社会公益更是非常热心，近年来捐献休斯敦大学医学院, 对医疗服务作出极大贡献。

我们祝福他出任新大使职务，更是休斯敦人之光荣。

Fertitta Prepares To Become U.S. Ambassador To Italy

Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta will resign as CEO 

of Landry’s Inc., as well as more than 600 restaurants, casinos and other entertainment businesses to become the Ambassador to Italy.

Fertitta is also the largest shareholder in Wynn Resorts. The mogul also disclosed income in excess of $6 million dollars from holdings in a variety of public trading companies.

This legendary figure in the business world is said to  be very proud of his Texas heritage. He was born in Galveston, Texas, a coastal city near Houston. He has been learning the restaurant business since he was just a child.

After his career success, he was very enthusiastic about social welfare. In recent years, he donated a medical school to the University of Houston making a great contribution to medical services in the city.

We wish him much success as the Ambassador to Italy, which is also for the glory of all the people in Houston.
