穷见鬼的国家遭地震

世界上最贫困的国家之一，委内瑞拉近日遭到强烈地震重创。当地时间6月24日，两次规模7级以上强震接连袭击首都附近地区，造成至少数十人死亡、数百人受伤，大量建筑物倒塌，救援工作仍在持续进行。 

这场灾难再次提醒世人，一个经济困难、基础建设不足的国家，在面对重大天然灾害时往往承受更沉重的代价。医疗资源、交通运输、电力及通讯系统都可能因灾害而迅速瘫痪，使救灾工作雪上加霜。 

近年来，委内瑞拉长期受到经济衰退、高通膨、人口外流及公共设施老化等问题困扰。此次强震无疑让人民生活更加艰难，也使国际社会再次关注人道援助的重要性。
