东京奥运即将登场

二百个国家的一万一千名选手将於明天参加在东京揭幕的二O二O年国际奥林匹克运动会， 这埸没有观眾的运动会是在疫情之笼罩下进行 ，这对日本会遭受十三亿美金的财务损失。

这场本来应该在去年举行的奥运会， 由于全球受到新冠病毒之侵袭被迫取消， 也是有史以来所罕见。

奥运会是代表世界和平之活动， 多年来 ，世界各国虽有许多政治纠纷和战乱， 但每到奥运时期 ，各国健儿运动选手， 都能共集一堂 ，在运动场上一较高下， 也籍此相聚促进双方交流和友谊。

这塲疫情浩劫真的带来了巨大伤害， 日本政府和人民应该十分感谢上万名各国选手不顾自己之安危前往参加， 同时我们更要珍惜这个来之不易的奥运会 ，希望在动乱的世局中為和平带来曙光。

 Tokyo Olympics Open Soon

More than 11,000 athletes from 200 countries and thousands of journalists are in Tokyo ready to attend the 2020 Summer Olympics.

As the country is still fighting with a Coronavirus outbreak, spectators won’t be allowed at the event. The lack of domestic spectators could cost Japan 1.3 billion dollars.

Today the new Olympic host city has been announced: Brisbane, Australia, will be the home of the summer games in 2032.

We are so glad many of the athletes can get together at these games. In the last several years, the Olympic games have represented the unity and peace of the world. No matter what is happening in the world, the games provide a common ground for all the young people to compete in the games that also provides the opportunity to share time together and make new friendships.

With the whole world in chaos, we really need these games to bring more peace and prosperity for all of us.
