for Full-Time Accounting/Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
1.Assist accounting manager on data entry and payment process
2.Assist with general daily clerical duties and office functions.
3.Able to write professional business documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails.
4.Maintain office supply inventory.
5.Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3yrs of US office experience with bachelor’s degree is a plus
2. Good verbal and writing communication skill in English
3. Intermediate skill of Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Dedicated self-starter, organized multi-tasking
5. Detail oriented, ability to plan, prioritize and organize the work
6. Must have a reliable personal vehicle as you may be expected to run errands for the company as needed.
Office hour: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm, Location: 610 North in The Heights area
