U.S.-China Summit Brings Hope for World Peace

At a time when the world continues to face war, economic uncertainty, and rising geopolitical tensions,
the meeting between the leaders of the United States and China has become the focus of global attention.

As the world’s two largest economies and most influential powers,
the relationship between the United States and China affects not only Asia and the Pacific region,
but also the global economy, technology, energy markets, and the daily lives of people everywhere.

This summit symbolizes a willingness by both nations to rebuild channels of communication —
to seek cooperation amid competition,
and to prevent conflict despite differences.
