新加坡 我们来了

傲视全球的城市国家新加坡在久违十多年后我们又降落在廊宜国际机场， 迎面而来的热风和现代化之建设，挤满了来自全世界之观光客。

新加坡经过国父李光耀之毕生奋斗，从一个小𡷊而耀居世界经济及国民收入名列前矛之国家 ，正充分証明世界华人社会艰辛努力写下的歷史篇章 ，也是当今华裔在世界歷史上取得之辉煌成就。

近年来填海兴建之金沙赌场， 可以在此弹丸之地建造世界上最大的旅馆和露天游泳池 ，加上眼望无际的地上地下名牌店和会议中心， 相较之下， 和赌城拉斯维加斯毫无逊色， 这家赌场有来自全球的富豪日挥万金， 為新加坡增加了许多收入和财富。

令人震惊和不解的是， 生活在这里的六百万居民， 有各种族裔能和睦相处 ，佔有百分之七十的华族能相忍為国， 為其他族裔之发展提供更多之机会， 也表现我中华民族文化有容乃大之风范。

这个城市国家之治安可能是排名世界首位， 兇杀案件非常稀少， 教育水準高， 治安好， 经济繁荣是吸引世界各地富豪来此置產定居之主要原因， 在金融业為主导经济发展趋势中， 成為世界财富中心之一。

令我印象深刻还是新加坡人脸上的微笑和自信心， 他们对於来自海峡两岸的华人皆一视同仁 ，他们心中深植华夏文化之根， 是我们最优秀的一群炎黄子孙 。

倘若新加坡人能造就之傲人成绩 ，都是全球华人学习之最佳榜样。

Singapore We Are Here 

We arrived at the Singapore International Airport tonight with a nice, warm wind blowing across the very modern airport. Almost ten years ago we visited this island nation. Since that time there have been a lot of changes.

About 70 years ago, the founding father of Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yuan, claimed independence from Malaysia. Nobody thought he could be successful, but after many years, this city nation has become one of the top economic countries in the world.
In Singapore there is a population of six million with 70 percent being of Chinese descent. This is a place where the different ethnic groups can get along with each other very well.
Singapore has a very low crime rate. Their education system is one of the best in the world. The country's economy depends on financial services and tourism. That is what has attracted so many rich people to come to Singapore.
We walked through the Medina Bay Casino and the hotel has almost three thousand rooms with a shopping mall that you just can't see the end of.
We are so excited to see such a beautiful city nation which also represents the very hard work of all the people who came to this island to create a great country. All of them are very proud of it.
