This winter is particularly cold. Due to the warming climate, many cold places are now becoming colder and hot places are becoming hotter.
When I first arrived in America, I lived in California. The weather was very pleasant and the scenery was beautiful. But in recent years, due to global warming, the climate changes often caused many forest fires. San Francisco, once a beautiful city, is now occupied by thousands of homeless people in the downtown area.
In the Houston International District area, our goal is to keep out the homeless. Currently, our new mayor John Whitmire is also working on a project to set up a homeless center to solve the problem.
In these cold days, we can’t be poor. Harris County is trying to give the residents $500 dollars a month to each resident. Although the money is not much, it is also shows the virtue of the government
